**Experience**
- Desirable experience in Manufacturing
- English proficiency
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Flexibility to rotate shifts is essential for this position.
**Functions**:
- Detect the training and development needs of all personnel in conjunction with department heads.
- Elaborate training plans according to the company's objectives, as needed.
- Follow up the compliance of the training plans, as well as the compliance of the quality and EHS standars in force in the organization regarding training requirements.
- Manage area indicators, such as training hours,



compliance with the plan, etc.
- Collaborate with team leaders to design development programs that address specific organizational and individual needs.
- Coordinate logistics and execution of training sessions, workshops and internal and external development programs.
- Maintain updated training database and have all physical evidence safeguarded and neatly arranged available for any internal and external audit.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $26,500.00 per month
