and recovery of complex technical environments by:Supporting the design and development of customer solutions based on business and technical requirements, with a focus on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs and CNFs.Analyzing and troubleshooting complex, multi-domain issues affecting customer networks and services, identifying dependencies and interactions across systems.Collaborating with customers, delivery organizations, support teams, and technical experts to gather, clarify, and document requirements and recovery strategies.Leveraging existing technical documentation, reference architectures, and industry best practices to develop efficient and scalable solutions.Contributing to the definition of hardware, software, database, and virtual infrastructure requirements for customer deployments.Supporting solution adaptations and configurations in accordance with Ericsson standards, methodologies, and product guidelines.Assisting implement
