**The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the correct management of inventory, receiving, distribution of materials within the company and preparation of shipments. They will ensure adherence to procedures and efficient use of resources, maintaining warehouse organization and facilitating the flow of materials between departments to meet delivery and production timelines.**
**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- _**Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff.**_
- _**Ensure proper receiving and verification of materials.**_
- _**Maintain accurate inventory control, performing periodic audits.**_
- _**- Perform inventory discrepancy analysis and establish actions to resolve them at the root.**_
- _**Coordinate the dispatch of materials to production or customers as needed.**_
- _**Implement and improve storage processes to optimize space and efficiency.**_
- _**Manage the correct documentation of material entries and exits.**_
- _**Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.**_
- _**Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper material and product flow.**_
**Academic Background**:
- **Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.**
**Work Experience**:
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics,



or distribution, preferably in the manufacturing industry.**
**Technical Skills**:
- **Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software. Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.**
**Soft Skills**:
- **Leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, teamwork.**
**Languages**:
- **Basic/intermediate English is desirable.**
