**Position**: Order Management Coordinator
**Employment type**: Full time & remote
**Compensation**: 15,000.00 MXN - 20,000.00 MXN
**Location preferred**:Mexico
**Responsibilities**:
- Order entry
- Order tracking
- Customer service
- Data entry
- Organize shipping/logistics
- Light accounting/ invoice tracking
- Prepare reports
- Help ensure ship dates and deadlines are met
- Provide support to our office and sales team
**Job Requirements**:
Office experience is a must
Experience with importing and exporting goods
Microsoft Excel proficient (able to create reports i.e. spreadsheets, pivot tables)
Familiarity with the Consumer Electronic field is a plus
QuickBooks knowledge preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish (speak, read and write)
Problem solver and analytical thinker
Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
Expected Start Date: 08/10/2024
