Your role:
- Review of demand and shipment of orders to customers
- Ensure that customer requirements are met within the required time frame.
- Verify EDI and Manual Release updates in SAP.
- Verify IDOC reports daily and communicate unknown parts to Engineering and Sales.
- Analyze customer variances to releases daily and forward priorities to production supervisors and planner as needed.
- Respond to customer in case of conflict with current plans.
- Notify material analysts of changes.
- Validate that all ASNs are transmitted within 10 minutes after carrier departure.
- Prepare, submit and follow dispute process for customer violations/complaints.




- Maintain weekly KPIs.
- Monitor / measure customer demand variation as well as consider appropriate stock levels as per MPS.
- Check, confirm and print screens of all ASNs transmitted correctly for all shipments daily, escalate next level when error occurs as required.
What do you need?
- Strong experience in problem solving, customer management and effective communication.
- Leadership execution and promotion in and out of the team.
- Project management + advance windows office knowledge.
- High initiative, proactivity and sense of urgency.
- Teambuilding & collaboration.
- SAP
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment for electronic products, experience in the same or similar position. More 2 years.
