**Job Title**: Virtual Nurse Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)
**Location**: Remote (Managing 1 Clinic Location)
**Schedule**:
- Work Hours: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern time
- Days Off: Fridays and Sundays
**Compensation**: $750 per month
We are seeking a **Virtual Nurse Manager** to oversee and manage a clinic location remotely. You will be responsible for helping the office manage the full cycle of patient care, ensuring that all patient needs, from new intakes to follow-up visits, are met.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- **Follow-Up Care**: Ensure patients receive appropriate follow-up care.
- **Preoperative & Postoperative Care**: Assist in managing pre-op and post-op processes, ensuring patients are well-prepared and receive proper aftercare.
- **Medication Adherence**:



Monitor and ensure patients are adhering to their prescribed medication regimens.
- **Patient Reviews**: Gather patient feedback and reviews to improve service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Nursing graduate or registered nurse (RN)
- Bilingual in **English and Spanish** (required)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience in patient care management
- Ability to work remotely and efficiently manage a clinic location
