**Position Requirement**
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure management Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Prefer to have fundamental knowledge of asset management and physical secruity. Experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Must hold Mexican citizhenship.Preferred qualification: Preferred qualification: Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering,



or a related field 7+ years of experience in data center (10MW+) operation management with 3+ years of experience in leadership role. Knowledge of data center construction procedure. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of ITIL framework and project management methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in security and compliance regulations and asset management relevant to data center operations. Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
