At iCodde we are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing the plan and executing a business plan to ensure the sell in, sell out, productivity and profitability of the brand in Mexico in agreement with the headquarters and local management.
**Responsabilities**:
- **COMMERCIAL**:Ensure annual sales budget (sell in / sell out) with key accounts and independent retailers.
Increase distribution channels either phisicall of digital.
Keep under control brand kpi´s such as rotation, average stock months, stocks target and management collection with the rigth stock.
- **MARKETING**: Plan and execute strategies in POS and digital to boost the brand awareness in the country as well as develop estrategic action according the month or retailer to push the sell out with a positive ROI & ROS; including trade marketing & trainning.
- **FINANCIAL**: As reponsible of P&L;, keep under control expenses and investments to ensure the brand profitability.
**Qualificactions**:




- ** Min 5 years **of Management position preferably in a company with a matrix organization.
- ** English advanced.**:
- Solid experience in Retail and sales.
- Strong negotiation and solid communication skills.
- High identification with brand values.
- Problem-solving & Customer Service oriented.
- Very familiar with Mexico´s business and local people management.
