**Position Requirement**
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+) are a plus. Able to communicate in English. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician or in a related IT operations role. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking (Cisco, Juniper), and power/cooling systems. Proficient in troubleshooting techniques for hardware and network issues. Familiarity with data center management software and monitoring tools. Able to work on-site in Queretato, Mexico 100% of the time. Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, or be on-call as part of a rotation schedule. Must hold Mexican citizenship. Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.



Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities, and security, to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement of data center processes.
