We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer – Treasury & Reconciliations to join our Finance team in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this critical role, you will support daily treasury operations, manage payment processing activities, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and maintain vendor master data within NetSuite.

As a key member of the Finance team, you will play an important role in safeguarding cash controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and supporting timely, compliant disbursements. Working closely with finance and operational teams across multiple regions and time zones, you will contribute to efficient financial operations while driving continuous process improvement.

The adecuado candidate will have strong experience in treasury, accounting, or accounts payable functions, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for accuracy and control. Experience within the agribusiness, fresh produce, or grower accounting environment will be highly advantageous,



as a strong understanding of grower accounting practices and agricultural cost structures is preferred. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment while making a meaningful contribution to the organisation's financial success.

Treasury & Cash Management
- Support daily treasury activities, including monitoring bank balances and cash positions.
