About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Partner based in our GBS office, supports recruitment activities across North America,



partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire top talent for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. The role develops sourcing and recruitment strategies, leads networking and diversity hiring initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. By leveraging local labor market knowledge and recruitment expertise, the Talent Acquisition Partner helps drive informed hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adhere strictly to general recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for White Collar and Blue Collar positions, ensuring timely fulfillment through alignment with hiring managers and post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams.
- Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through decision making process.
