Health Actuarial Team Manager

What the day will look like

You will be a senior technical leader within Aon’s Global Capability Center in Mexico City, acting as a bridge between individual contributor and people leader roles.



You will lead complex health actuarial analyses, coordinate project delivery, and provide day‑to‑day oversight and coaching for a small team of actuarial professionals, while maintaining a significant hands‑on technical contribution.

On a typical day, you will:
- Lead the most complex health actuarial modelingand analysis assignments (IBNR and reserve studies, pricing and rate development, actuarial value and funding evaluations, experience and trend analyses, budgets and projections).
- Serve as technical reviewer and subject matter expert, ensuring consistency and quality across models, assumptions and deliverables.
- Develop work plans, assign tasks and monitor progress across your team and other Actuarial Team Managers on large or complex projects.
- Review models, exhibits and analyses prepared by team members, providing structured feedback and ensuring compliance with actuarial standards, documentation requirements and inter
