- **Proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear**
- **Provide customers with documentation, example code, direction,



and tools**
- **Engage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable**
- **Ensure compliance of all security measures in integration support**
- **Troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues**
