**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver logs.
- Resolve any logístical issues that may arise during transit.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of dispatch processes and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Intermediate english is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.




- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions**.**
