Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting and executing supply planning activities to ensure uninterrupted material flow, alignment with customer demand, and achievement of service, inventory, and cost objectives.



This role manages supply plans, monitors inventory performance, collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Depending on experience level, the position may focus on transactional execution, independent planning and shortage management, or advanced planning governance, analytics, and supply risk mitigation.

Essential Functions
- Execute and support supply planning activities including purchase order management, system updates, and data maintenance
- Analyze demand and supply signals to support material availability and production continuity
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply risks including shortages, past due orders, and excess inventory
- Adjust purchase orders, schedules, and planning parameters based on demand variability and supplier performance
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery commitments and resolve supply
