THE ROLE

The Leader, Supply Chain LATAM & Mexico is accountable for end‑to‑end supply chain performance across Latin America and Mexico, ensuring service, cost, inventory, and cash objectives are delivered in alignment with regional business strategy and Americas supply chain priorities. The Leader, Supply Chain LATAM & Mexico serves as the most senior supply chain executive in the region,



partnering closely with Americas Supply Chain teams and acting as the primary point of contact for the local General Manager.

This role owns the regional supply chain agenda, including planning, customer service, CPFR, registration, and operational execution, while acting as a strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams. The role leads and develops multi‑country teams and ensures strong governance, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across diverse and complex markets.

The role sets the tone for culture, collaboration, and performance while owning end‑to‑end SC agenda. It demands disciplined, urgent, and resilient leadership that balances strategic direction with hands‑on execution in dynamic and constrained environments.
