La position

The Head of Finance & Logistics Mexico will report directly to the Mexico General Manager and will be a key member of the Mexico Leadership Team. Based in Mexico City, he/she will be a strategic leader, enterprise driver, and advisor to the affiliate on corporate strategy, financial performance, strategic planning, investments, and operational excellence.

This role is responsible for leading the Mexico affiliate’s Finance Commercial function alongside the Operations and Logistics groups; including Procurement,



Internal Audit, and Supply Chain management. You will work closely with your peers to enable our vision of innovating diagnostics, keeping our customers and patients at the heart of what we do, delivering outstanding financial results, and living a strong culture of compliance and integrity.

The Opportunity
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the local Finance and Logistics strategy, balancing general/regional requirements with Mexican market imperatives. Provide strategic direction for financial performance, forecasting, and supply chain resilience.
