**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Identify and manage potential clients through various channels. Maintain and update the lead database regularly.

- **Client Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and real estate agents.

- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
