**What you will do**
- Design and develop intuitive UI/UX for phones, smart glasses, and tablets;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, large-scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts;
- Work closely with the stakeholders to understand business needs and integrate feedback into design iterations;
- Lead and present recurring design reviews to the customer’s team;
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries;
- Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality;
**Must haves**
- Technical background (in engineering, software development, as QA tester/ logistics analyst/ project manager);
- Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks;
- Proficiency in Figma and similar tools;
- Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on a tight schedule;
- A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
- A proactive mindset and proven agility toward business goals change;
- Ability to interpret the customer's procedures and translate them into easy-to-understand designs with decision trees and flow diagrams;
- Excellent critical thinking skills,

- Upper-intermediate English level.
