How you create impact
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and high service satisfaction.
- Coordinate import and export services based on agreed Working Instructions (WI)



and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure accurate execution and follow-up of operational tasks within internal systems.
- Lead communication with origin and destination offices to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs, service levels, and operational standards.
- Support implementation and re-implementation of customer accounts, ensuring proper setup and alignment with requirements.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date SOPs and WI documentation for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations (OCC), finance, pricing, and sales teams to deliver seamless service.
- Manage customer relationships, including support for house accounts and identification of commercial opportunities.
- Ensure operational profitability and adherence to general and local processes.
