ensuring compliance with quality and production objectives.What a typical day looks like· Participate in daily NPI and Mass Production activities. · Support the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO). · Develop, apply, and own process control methodologies. · Troubleshoot process-related issues. · Participate in activities related to cycle time and process improvements. · Apply statistical process analysis to new and existing products. · Apply safety, productivity, and yield improvements. · Continuously develop manufacturing techniques that improve internal capabilities and performance. · Develop and maintain process documentation. · Interface with production on all activities associated with the implementation and transfer of new processes. · Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during the transfer of new products and sustaining products. · Drive cost reduction and improvement programs. · Direct customer contact. ·
