Account Executive - Mexico (Based in Mexico City)

You'd be our first dedicated Account Executive for Mexico - based in CDMX, visiting agencies and tour operators, running trainings, showing up at events, and building the relationships that make our portfolio one of choices for Mexican travel advisors. That footprint grows to other Mexican cities too, and you'll travel together alone and with the rest of our team for roadshows and events along the way.

We work in bleisure - literally business + leisure - and honestly,



that's the best part of the job. Yes, we need results: bookings, relationships, a healthy pipeline, numbers that move. But we also believe you should enjoy the ride. What you'll actually do
- Visit and build relationships with Mexico's top travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia - in person, regularly.
- Run portfolio trainings so advisors know our hotels, resorts, and DMCs inside and out.
- Show up at industry events, trade shows, and roadshows - representing CONECTA in Mexico (and traveling with/without the team as coverage grows).
- Hunt down and develop new relationships with agencies and operators we haven't reached yet.
