Eaton’s Vehicle VGNA division is currently seeking a Factory Manager. This position will be based in our San Luis Potosí location. Relocation assistance will be provided. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027.

The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Factory Manager manages and ensures deployment and compliance of site EHS programs, Eaton corporate policies and procedures, local, state and federal regulatory requirements and aligns site strategy to general strategy,



with Product Line Managers.

You will assure deployment and execution of strategies communicated from Site Director. Align and manage PLM’s, IE, Manufacturing and Maintenance areas to achieve operating and production objectives optimizing all the resources through budget management and meeting targets consistent with quality assurance requirements in coordination with site functional areas.

You will be responsible for assessing and analyzing cost of production to find ways to optimize expenses and profit through process improvement and workforce efficiency. Align and adapt Business Units strategies to achieve site High 5s, and communicating with site director or other functional leaders for shifting company priorities, needs and/or potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency.
