We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to support our growth and help establish HR best practices for our global, contractor-based workforce.
**Position Overview**:
As an Independent Contractor Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR operations, with a focus on contractor management, compliance, and recruitment. You will play a key role in building an inclusive and high-performing team aligned with DECA’s mission and vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to a contractor-based workforce.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to contractor onboarding.
- Oversee contractor agreements and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws in multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide support for performance management, training, and development initiatives.




- Serve as a point of contact for contractor relations, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain accurate contractor records and documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
**Required Qualifications** _(Applicants lacking these qualifications will be disqualified immediately)_:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on contractor management and global HR operations.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and international labor laws related to independent contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR tools and platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) to manage international media relationships
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with media or advertising companies.
- Familiarity with managing international contractors.
Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
