**E-business Specialist***:
**About the Role**:
Role is responsible for supporting the development of the E-commerce growth strategy and executional roadmap to drive sales, profit and share of search performance goals for the DTC Business. The role supports E-commerce activities in close alignment and partnership with local sales and customer marketing teams with the ultimate objective to deliver customer’s long/mid/short-term JBP plan.

**What You Will Do**:
- Owner of local websites.
- E xecute business plans to reach the annual target.
- Ensure that the local web sites perform in accordance with set targets.
- Extract and analyze on-line shopper insights and customer needs in order to find areas for improvement.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate and support sales and local marketing teams in maintaining the digital platforms that facilitate consumer and customer engagement.
- Implement e-Business KPIs, follow up,



analyze and drive corrective actions.
- Serves as the internal Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for selected customers, contributor to best practice sharing, networks and projects across the organization.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor´s degree preferably in business administration, marketing, or communication
- Experience in e-commerce/ digital marketing
- Analytic skills
- Strong ability to collaborate with other teams.
