Mission

As Coordinador de Admin y Control de Costos, your mission will be to manage and ensure budget control and financial follow-up for Engie México Mantenimiento de Redes (EMMRE), guaranteeing the proper planning, recording and analysis of costs and expenses (OPEX/CAPEX) and the integrity of information for decision-making.

Your impact
- Structuring and managing the planning, control and cost analysis of EMMRE, ensuring OPEX/CAPEX visibility, proper accounting allocation and budget traceability.




- Reviewing and consolidating financial information (OPEX/CAPEX) for reports and presentations, ensuring consistency between execution, budget and Best Estimate.
- Monitoring budget control and key variances versus budget and forecast, preparing reports, variance explanations and closing scenarios.
- Managing the financial-administrative cost cycle, including budget and forecast management, invoice validation and registration, provisions, contract administration and REPSE compliance verification.
- Collaborating with FP&A; and Accounting/GBS during monthly closing processes by providing information and variance analysis to support financial reporting.

Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or Finance.

3-5 years of experience in cost control, preferably managing financial control of operating costs and/or large construction projects. Experience in the sector is preferred.
