Position Overview
The Integral Manufacturing Excellence Engineer will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across our global manufacturing sites. This position will leverage engineering principles, data analysis, and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Define & work on conversion cost reduction projects across Fabtech.
- Lead Problem Solving projects focus on conversion cost, EHS, quality, maintenance cost, etc.
- Support special projects and short assignments, as well as continuous improvements of our facilities.
- Support due diligence for M&A; related to operations.
- Support Integration/transition of M&A;
- Support production transition and consolidations.
- Build and keep close relationship with regional ops leaders for cross collaboration.
- Develop and implement Global TPM Program.
- Support capex execution making sure that all new equipment is standard and has preventive and predictive programs in place before commissioning.
Qualifications (Include education, experience, technical, travel and language requirements)
- 3+ years in similar Engineering / Manufacturing / Project management / Continous improvement related positions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills at all organizational levels
- High problem solving and project management skills
- English: High, fluent business conversation.
- May require travel to various manufacturing sites globally.
