**Role Overview**:
As a **Google Cloud Architect**, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for implementing the latest security measures to reduce threats, increase system stability, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement and enforce the latest security measures to mitigate risks, reduce threats, and enhance system stability.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain compliance certifications such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with business goals.
- Optimize cloud architecture for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies, security trends, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, specifically with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and tools.
- Experience implementing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or similar.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Deployment Manager).
- Solid understanding of networking, storage, and compute services in GCP.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
