Our client, a world-class manufacturing company, is seeking a Sr. Automation & Robotics Manager within the metal‑mechanic industry. This leadership role is responsible for directing and managing the Automation and Controls department, ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact automation projects across multiple manufacturing lines and locations. The idóneo candidate will provide technical guidance across engineering disciplines, collaborate on cross‑functional projects (including remote sites), and continuously identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve productivity and process reliability.





This position requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and a passion for innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Note: This position is available only under Mexican payroll.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing engineering or automation teams in an industrial manufacturing setting
- At least 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Automation, Controls Engineering, or Robotics integration
- Experience in high‑volume, precision manufacturing environments is highly valued
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

Technical Knowledge / Experience
- Model‑based design, simulation, and software validation (Matlab, ANSYS, Comsol, Abaqus)
- 3D mechanical design and program management (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent)
- Advanced PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems integration
