What will you do?

As the ICT Pathway Director (Computing Pathway) and ITD Program Director (Digital Transformation Engineering in Business), your primary challenge will be to define the direction of the academic program and ensure its fulfillment. You will be responsible for supporting the positioning of the academic programs of the School of Engineering and Sciences (EIC) at the Santa Fe Campus by driving high school student recruitment processes, managing strategic planning,



and ensuring a memorable student experience that empowers the professional development of our students and alumni.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of the academic community, and the institutional positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey at both national and international levels, through an academic practice aligned with integral standards of quality, impact, and relevance.
- Recruitment & Positioning: Define and execute new strategies to attract top academic talent; participate in recruitment activities for the School of Engineering and Sciences, and implement promotional activities such as school visits and educational experience talks.
- Event & Initiative Management: Organize and execute all flagship events for the EIC, coordinate the logistics of travel and visits for directors and faculty members, and support the school’s communication and positioning initiatives.
