Role Overview
The Genome Editing Regulatory Manager will play a pivotal role in executing Bayer's crop genome editing regulatory science enablement strategy and shaping regulatory policies related to genome editing technologies within specific countries or regions. This position is crucial to our R&D; priorities and requires a strategic thinker who can challenge the status quo and effectively communicate across key stakeholder groups internally and externally. The adecuado candidate will possess a deep understanding of plant breeding, genome editing technology, regulatory frameworks, and policy advocacy.
Key Responsibilities




- Develop and implement regulatory policy advocacy strategies to support the advancement of genome editing technologies within the designated country or region.
