**We are looking now for Performance Marketing Manager to join our**TripleTen LATAM** team and help us expand our presence in Latina America.**
**Requirements**:
- Experience in paid social marketing - ideally TikTok Ads.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable working with numbers, reports, and campaign performance data.
- Attention to detail - ability to structure and organize information efficiently.
- Proactive & eager to learn - we’ll help develop your hard skills, but you must be self-motivated.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize TikTok Ads - set up, monitor, and analyze campaigns.




- Support marketing operations - handle data structuring in Google Sheets, input information, and assist in reporting.
- Track trends & brainstorm ideas - monitor TikTok/Meta creative trends, research new creatives, and contribute to ideation sessions.
- Assist with general User Acquisition tasks - help to optimize traffic funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration - work closely with international team of marketing professionals to improve performance and explore new marketing strategies.
