Hostaway is seeking a pro-active, driven **Remote Operations Generalist** to support the company in building out its Operations work to support the company's growth.
**Your Mission**:
- Help develop processes, policies, and systems that support efficient operational growth
- Support the development and management of our remote company community and collaboration tools including Confluence and Slack
- Assist with the planning and logistics for company events such as offsites
- Support onboarding processes for new starters including ordering devices and following simple IT setup tasks
- Where needed, support ad hoc company projects
- 3+ years in a similar role that touches broad company topics
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment as well as independently
- Project management skills that enable you to work on more than one project and deliver
- Experience remotely supporting a distributed workforce
