**Key Responsibilities**
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all operations related to freight forwarding.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, effectively communicating logistics needs and updates. Ensure that all parties are well-informed throughout the transportation process.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during operations. Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to address challenges efficiently.
- Documentation Management:
Maintain and manage all necessary documentation related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations (Ground Freight).
- Educational Background: A degree in international trade, logistics engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English is required.
- Skills: time management and multitasking.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
