What will you do?
- Analyze product specifications and clarify product requirements and manufacturing aspects with R&D;, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Plan overall layout of production sequences and processes, including machine and equipment configuration.
- Define process and equipment specifications in collaboration with internal engineers and external service providers and suppliers.
- Develop detailed cost concepts for processes and equipment, including cost-benefit and risk scenarios, and prepare decision memos for management.
- Evaluate and approve suppliers and service providers for hardware and software equipment in cooperation with Siemens Purchasing.
- Plan implementation processes for new production sequences in collaboration with local Industrial Engineering
