We are seeking an experienced **Automation Tester proficient in Java** to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**
- Design functional, integration, and acceptance test cases
- Implement automations for regression, functional, and smoke testing
- Organize and lead automation tasks to meet testing standards
- Identify and address system issues with creativity and efficiency
- Implement automation testing for back-end services (REST APIs) and front-end scenarios
- Record and report defects
- Oversee test data and testing environments
- Oversee versions of test scripts
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in test automation development or a combination of development and testing
- Proficiency in Selenium, REST testing, and integration of test suites with the CI/CD pipeline
- Expertise in creating and maintaining automation scripts to meet acceptance criteria
- Background in agile methodology
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Competency in manual testing at a robust level
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of additional automation tools like Appium or Cucumber
- Background in performance testing
- Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) methodology
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
