Second level support for all IT operational incidents. Build, deploy, and manage Windows endpoints
**Duties and Requirements of the Job**:
Build, install, test, and deploy standardized Windows image globally, using Microsoft Azure AD/Intune/Endpoint Manager, with focus on standardization and security.
Work with integral site Admins and local support to ensure resolution of issues, and proper operation of desktop deployments, networks, and system access.
Partner with ECI CyberSecurity team to ensure alignment with ECI standards and policies, for desktop operating systems and software.
Consult with users, administrators, and engineers to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications or technology purchases.
Work with personnel and facilities management staff to install, remove, or relocate user connectivity equipment and devices.
Document and maintain procedures for desktop hardware and software installation and use.
Document technical specifications and operating standards for all desktops.
Follow change management policies and procedures for all systems change activity.
**Skills Required to Perform the Duties of the Job**:
Strong problem resolution and communication skills
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WiFi)
Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft On-prem AD/Azure AD,



INTUNE/Endpoint Manager, GPO and INTUNE Policies, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Office365

**Educational Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job**:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Related Field or Equivalent Experience
