**Comprador/Buyer**
**Profile**
- Bachelor's Degree: International Commerce or Business or related.
- Fluent English (interview in English)
- At least 3 years experience in the procurement of external materials
- Trigger purchase orders for info records stored in the system
- Verify and enter order confirmations (quantities and delivery date). If necessary, adjust the order quantity and delivery date If the costs and conditions in the order confirmation differ from those in the order confirmation, the Commodity Buyer will release the order. If the order confirmation is released by the commodity buyer, adjust the purchase order.
- Verify the invoices (quantity variance) and release them if necessary. Release of the invoices with cost and condition variances is carried out by the Commodity Buyer
- Tracking the deliveries (dunning if necessary)
- Ensure compliance with OTD and a low stock level




- Execution of the intercompany order including deposit of the info record
- Forwarding and tracking of Q-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier
