**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in administrative tasks related to legal cases.
- Ensure timely communication with clients.
- Schedule appointments for U.S. attorneys.
- Contribute to team productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 level).
- Live in Guadalajara or nearby.
- High School Diploma or incomplete higher education.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call centers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary: $13,000 to $16,000 MXN per month (after taxes).
- Full legal benefits: IMSS, paid vacation, and Christmas bonus.
- Fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
