**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist in drafting and organizing legal documents.
- Maintain accurate client communication regarding case progress.
- Schedule appointments for U.S. attorneys.
- Foster a positive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 level).
- Reside in Guadalajara or nearby.
- High School Diploma or incomplete higher education.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary: $13,000 to $16,000 MXN per month (after taxes).
- Full legal benefits: IMSS, paid vacation, and Christmas bonus.
