**Description**
As the Talent Sourcing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building our talent pipeline for diverse/underrepresented populations and hard-to-staff positions. You'll be the driving force behind our sourcing and recruiting efforts, shaping Lilly's future by identifying and attracting top talent across the US.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute sourcing strategies for various business areas and functions, ensuring a diverse talent pool for the future.




- Analyze labor market trends and utilize recruitment intelligence to optimize diversity sourcing efforts.
- Build and nurture relationships with multicultural organizations, focusing on sourcing underrepresented groups in STEM and other areas at Lilly.
**Basic Requirements**
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting and conducting talent sourcing, ideally with a diversity and inclusion focus.
- Proven experience in sourcing using internet research, search engines, Boolean strings, data mining, and cold calling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
