Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the new production process
Get the Production plan and Execute it on time
Take care of the safety of his direct reports by identifying and solving the safety conditions.
Follow the Quality standards to make sure no Quality spills at the customer
Supporting the bussines in equipment / Process relocation
Develope Direct Labor personal to produce at rate as well as perform Set Ups
Cost reduction execution strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
Leadership - Experience on leading production teams
Motivation, Sense of Urgency and bussiness Accumen
Excell knowledge
SAP knowledge
English intermediate
