**Cloud Security Operations**
**Essential Functions**:
- **Security Maintenance**: Deploy and maintain security patches, security tools, and ensure policy compliance for Windows and Linux servers.
- **Operational Processes**: Engineer and maintain operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
- **Engineering and Automation**: Support the engineering, automation, and orchestration of systems for provisioning and maintenance processes using modern cloud tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with general and local requirements.
- **Cloud Solutions Support**: Utilize automation, orchestration, and deployment tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible, and Bash to support public cloud solutions.
- **System Administration**: Perform system administration tasks, including deployments, configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on automating processes wherever possible.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by monitoring systems and ticketing systems, fully documenting issues, actions taken, and steps for resolution.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with industry’s best practices and security concepts through continuous professional development.
- **Innovation**: Suggest and implement improvements and share knowledge of new processes and technologies with the team.
- **Communication**: Effective efficient communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to various stakeholders
- **Additional Tasks**: Perform other tasks as defined, planned, and approved by leadership.
**Experience Required**:
- **Cloud Environments**: Strong understanding of Azure and AWS environments, including networking concepts.
- **Cloud Services**: Proven experience in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud computing services such as Azure and AWS.
- **Security Practices**:



Operational understanding of security best practices and standards around cloud computing and access management.
- **Server Administration**: Demonstrated experience in administering, monitoring, and maintaining both Microsoft and Linux server-based operating systems.
**Educational Requirements**:
- **Degree**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of relevant work experience in the IT field, or equivalent experience.
