**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Job Coordinator** with experience in **cabinets**, **windows**, **doors**, or a **related industry** — or with strong **administrative experience** in similar fields.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate**daily tasks with clients and installers
- Create and send **invoices**:
- Schedule and **manage project timelines**:
- **Communicate** effectively with the team and external partners
- Responsibilities and scope will grow over time
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in** fields such as **carpentry or interior design**, ideally with administrative or coordination roles that require basic technical understanding of materials and installations.
- Strong admin/project coordination background
- **Advanced level**spoken and written **English is a must**:
- **CRM experience** is a plus




- **Strong organizational**and multitasking **skills**:
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work 9-5 EST
