**What you´ll do***:
- Controls and supports the performance of day-to-day SSC process operations
- Maintains hands-on knowledge of all processes performed Assists team members in resolving any related process issues, and provides support during critical working days
- Monitors the team's performance, drives improvement of KPIs, and provides proper feedback to team members and team manager
- Coaches and motivates team members to develop their competencies and ensures smooth on-boarding for the newcomers
- Challenges the team members for new continuous improvement opportunities
- Sustains close collaboration with stakeholders
- Supports the Team Manager with strategic topics/projects: i.e. process migration, internal audit, etc.
- Coordinates daily workload and adapts work allocation
**What makes you a good fit***:
- Advanced English both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
- Experience with automation tools




- Desirable experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years in administrative roles, desirable experience in a leadership position.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
