Supervise the processes for the manufacturing of HVAC equipment, aligned with customer requirements and manufacturing with the upmost adherence to the planned budget, times and technical requirements of the project.
1.Support Manufacturing and production with their doubts and clarifications regarding submittals,
mechanical drawings, cut sheets and BOM during the design and construction process.
2.Definition of process/sequence, performance and monitoring of tests. (Control/Refrigeration Department).
3.Follow up on the test reports carried out by Engineering regarding air conditioning units (leakage, sound test, air flow test, deflection test), to include it in the submittal.
4.Integrate BOMs provided by the Electrical Engineering, refrigeration and controls departments.
5.Analyze and report the status of materials to the master scheduler (planning) before the start of assembly or construction.




6.Review the status of materials during the assembly or construction process (Planner - Warehouse), to ensure and manage that production has the necessary material for the manufacturing of the unit.
Experiência y requisitos
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics,
- Minimum 3 year experience
- Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems, New products, Process reengineering
- Bilingual or Advanced English Level
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management, HVAC equipment, AutoCAD
