We are looking for a new Technician, comissioning-welding for our new greenfield project in Queretaro. The plant is located in Finsa, Industrial park III.
**The key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for welding fixture change over and debugging to meet process release and product release.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance, maintenance, and record archiving and type-in the maintenance system, according to the annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plan and maintenance standards to maintain. Implement TPM activities, more than 30 minutes to equipment failure should be timely report to the superior leadership.
- Responsible for the safety management of equipment, the overall responsibility for operation of the equipment.
- To repair equipment failure timely, and participate in failure analysis. Major equipment failure should be timely report to the superior leadership. When for equipment repair, should be ready for the required spare parts, must do LockoutTagout at the scene of the repair and safety confirmation. ( whether you need to turn off water and electricity)
- In-depth on-site inspection and record the equipment operation situation, when find hidden accidents, should timely rectify.




- Responsible for checking the implementation of equipment lubrication and triple filter system
- Take an active part in technological transformation projects and put forward reasonable suggestions
- Comply with the recipients registration system of spare parts, found insufficient stock or need to use special parts timely feedback information

- Active identifying technical issues, searching solutions
- Adapt on new processes, technologies, changes with new projects
- Team collaboration
- Understanding of machines, documents and equipments
- experience of YASKAWA, OTC,ABB or KUKA robot repair and debugging. Have YASKAWA experience will be a plus.
- Be able to read pneumatic diagrams, Have have basic mechanical ability of repairing fixture.
- Be able to read electrical diagrams, proficient in electrical repair and be familiar with Siemetic PLC program.
