**We're Hiring: Female Sales Agent**

Medical Departures Inc. is a integral company helping patients find and book high-quality, affordable medical care. As we grow our Sales Team across LATAM, we’re looking for a female high top-performing sales professional.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Speak with warm leads—people already interested in medical care abroad
- Convert interest into booked appointments at trusted clinics
- Upsell treatments and increase booking value
- Keep CRM notes accurate and organized (Zoho CRM)
- Hit monthly sales goals and earn commission on every sale
- Work flexible shifts, including some weekends
**This is a Sales Role - Not a Clinical Position**
**You Must Have**
- 3-5+ years of sales experience (telesales, outbound, or closing roles)
- Experience in healthcare, tourism, or service-based sales is a strong plus




- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy, with CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
