**What You’ll Do**:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Recruiterflow)
- Draft and send timely communications (rejections, interview invites, updates)
- Manage job postings and ensure consistent applicant flow
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes
**What You Bring**:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or admin support in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ATS systems, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Availability to work PST or EST hours full-time
