ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OR CASH POSTING REPRESENTATIVE
The Cash Posting Representative is responsible for accurately posting payments, credits, an adjustments to customer accounts in a service-based environment. This role focuses on ensuring that payments from clients, customers, and partners are properly recorded, reconciled, and accounted for, ensuring the company’s financial records are up to date. The representative will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Payment Posting: Accurately post payments received from customers, clients, or partners into the company’s accounting system, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile accounts by ensuring that all payments, credits, and adjustments are applied correctly and match the related invoices or service agreements.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with payment amounts, account balances, or payment methods by communicating with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Transaction Management: Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure payments are properly credited to the correct accounts.




- Reporting: Generate and prepare reports related to cash posting activities, payment receipts, and customer account statuses for management and finance teams.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear and professional communication with customers to address any payment-related questions or concerns.
- Refunds and Adjustments: Process refunds or adjustments when necessary, following company protocols and ensuring proper documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm (1 hr lunch)
SALARY AND BENEFITS: $22,000 gross monthly plus $1,000 of food stamps, private medical insurance (employee only), 30 days Christmas bonus, all law benefits and 15 pto days.
